Smart PPR is pleased to announce the launch of its latest platform update, introducing a comprehensive Booking Out Module alongside significant enhancements to the administration dashboard, calendar, reporting and a completely redesigned Arrivals and Departures Board.

The latest release marks a major milestone in the continued development of the Smart PPR platform, expanding its capabilities to support the complete management of both inbound and outbound aircraft movements for airfields.

Previously focused on inbound Prior Permission Required (PPR) requests, Smart PPR now enables airfields to manage outbound booking requests with the same streamlined workflow, giving operators a single, integrated platform for coordinating all aircraft movements.

New Booking Out Module

The new Booking Out Module allows airfields to:

• Receive and manage outbound booking requests.
• Maintain a complete record of both inbound and outbound aircraft movements.
• Improve operational awareness and planning throughout the day.
• See all aircraft movements on a redesigned calendar

By combining inbound and outbound management within one system, Smart PPR helps reduce administrative workload while improving communication between pilots and airfield operators.

Enhanced Administration Dashboard

As part of this release, the administration dashboard has undergone a significant refresh, introducing new management modules designed to improve usability and operational efficiency.

The upgraded dashboard provides quicker access to key operational tools, clearer navigation, and an improved interface that enables administrators to manage bookings, movements and airfield operations more effectively including seeing at a glance busy days throughout the month.

Completely Refreshed Arrivals & Departures Board

The Arrivals and Departures Board has also been completely redesigned, providing operators with a modern, real-time operational display.

The refreshed board offers:

• Improved visibility of inbound and outbound movements.
• Faster status updates.
• Clearer presentation of flight information.
• Enhanced operational awareness for airfield staff.
• Improved messaging for visitors, enthusiasts and airfield staff.

Designed with busy airfields in mind, the new display helps teams monitor daily activity more efficiently while supporting smoother airfield operations.

Continuing to Develop Smart PPR
