Pilots can access their submitted requests, select the relevant booking, and cancel it in just a few clicks. The system will immediately update the request status and notify relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reducing unnecessary coordination.

In addition to pilot self-service, administrators now have the ability to cancel landing requests directly from the admin dashboard. This feature provides greater operational control, allowing airport teams to quickly respond to changing conditions such as runway availability, traffic management, or emergency situations.

Admins can view all active requests, identify those that need to be cancelled, and take action instantly. As with pilot-initiated cancellations, all updates are reflected in real time, maintaining accuracy across the platform.
